Dear Foodlovers and friends of Encontro dos Sabores,
The country’s 26 cantons offer a huge variety of flavours and regional specialities – pasta and italian vegetables from Ticino, apple dishes from Thurgau, cherries from Zug, a beautiful cross-canton selection of Swiss cheese and wine …this and many more Swiss specialities will, in one way or the other, become part of the menu, which I am yet to finalize. Vegetarian options will be possible and as always, let me know any allergies or intolerance, so I can make sure you only eat what is good for you.
