Encontro dos Sabores combines my passion for food, cooking and for the brazilian language. I love having guests and trying out new creations, which I get  inspired for constantly. Encontro dos Sabores is a space where food lovers meet, enjoy good food and good company.

Over the past couple of years I have deepened my passion for cooking. Living in various places and visiting a number of countries around the globe made me every time more curious to experiment with flavours and ingredients. And whenever I cooked for friends they told me I should think about and do something out of it, open a restaurant.

Now opening a restaurant isn’t an easy step and requires a good amount of money. A supper club instead sounded just as the right thing to do; I can invite as often as I like and do it for fun, not for business. And here we go Encontro dos Sabores was born!

Encontro dos Sabores is our place! You can have a great evening in good company, enjoying a 4-5 course menu which will never be the same. And I can live my passion for food and cooking.
