Savoury Autumn – Supper N° 3

Hi there and welcome back! I am enjoying my autumn break and couldn’t have timed it any better to create the next menu. Inspired by the savoury tomato festival I decided to go for another vegetarian menu in October. Typical Autumn dishes are out now wherever you look and if you fancy them, Encontro dos Sabores would likely disappoint you. But certainly not if you are open to experience new flavors and combinations. That’s my task; you are simply invited to enjoy the following dinner:

1. discover       

Selected Carpaccio- Trio: beet, radish & pumpkin

2. dine

Pumpkin Soup  –   Mashed potato & stuffed cabbage roll

3. inDulge       

Sweet potato soufflé   –   Zabaglione with fruits of the season

A group of 7 enjoyed tonight tomatos in a number of varities. Fotos will be up soon.

New inspirations

mmhhh… I have been to a cooking class last night where we prepared some absolutely delicious fish dishes. You can really look forward to discover my learnings in one of the coming dinner rounds.

Thank you all for your feedback to the September edition. It seems that some of you are really excited to meet the tomato in all the varities I’ve been putting together. And so do I.

I will confirm participations still today. For all the ones that don’t make it this time, October is coming soon! Have a look at the upcoming dates and mark them early in your personal agenda!!

And most important, enjoy the sunny late summer weekend ahead of us.
