Welcome in September!
We’ve all enjoyed the hot days in August and hope there will be loads of sunny days coming in September and October.
Before we actually venture into Autumn flavours, let’s again enjoy the taste of summer and join the “Festival de la Tomate” on September 18th, starting 6 pm. Special treat for Vegetarians!

24 hours later.

I am extremely happy about the feedback. It was a fantastic but hot opening of Encontro dos Sabores. The guests enjoyed the food and I enjoyed the guests.

I am sorry for all those who couldn’t join the very first event.But: After the dinner is before the dinner. I am busy thinking of the next motto and will soon announce date, menu and call for sign ups.

Thank you all who participated in N°1 for creating such a great atmosphere.

Honestly, I am getting a bit nervous. Starting to think about the decoration of the table, if the group of guests will fit well and of course, if the food will come out as it should. I am still working on the dessert. We’ve just recently got the icecream maker and our satisfaction rate of icecreams is at 70% now. Will continue trying it out, the hot weather certainly helps!
Thats probably all normal and it also feels good being nervous. I am looking forward to welcoming you next Tuesday.
